Small Groups

The Tycoonitos group sizes are optimised to enable the participants to make the most out of the program. Each participant gets a fair share of attention and one-one-one coaching so that they can develop and enhance their leadership skills.
​
The small group sizes also encourage high level of peer-to-peer interactions which is one of the most impactful ways of learning. It also helps the educators to identify areas for improvement in each participant.
