Reading privacy statements is normally fairly dry and is often difficult to understand. However before you provide your details to anyone, it is important that you understand what happens to your information once you share. Especially when it involves your personal information. We attempted to inform you about our privacy policy in an easy-to-understand manner. If you have any questions or feedback then feel free to reach out to us via our contact page.
Firstly, we do not sell your information to third-party organisations nor use it to spam you. We do, however, share your information with Mailchimp, which is one of the most respected, reliable and popular email marketing tools. This is so that we can communicate with you via email. If you are interested in their privacy policy then you may read it here.
Furthermore, from time to time we may also share your details with other organisations provided that you have granted us explicit permission to do so.
We will also share your information with relevant organisations or individuals if required by law, regulation, legal process or enforceable government request or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues or to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Tycoonitos, our participants or the public as required or permitted by law.
From time to time we may share non-personally identifiable information publicly. For example, we may share non-personally identifiable information to show trends about the general use of our services.
We keep a record of all inbound and outbound communication with you so that we can get to know you and provide the best service we can. We know you would not appreciate if we asked you the same questions over and over. The information is stored and processed on servers that my not be located in the country you live.
We use your email address to share any transactional and marketing messages with you. Sorry, we just became a bit too technical here so let us explain. Transactional messages relate to financial transactions or services you signed up to or intended to sign up to. For example, the class is being postponed for any reason. Obviously we need to make sure you are informed about it. Marketing messages are important for you to stay in touch with our upcoming changes or offerings. For example, we may send you a voucher code to receive discounts from us.
Access to your information is restricted to employees and contractors who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations.
We understand that your information may need to be updated occasionally. When we update your details we may ask you to confirm your identity before we can act on your request.
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and this page will always show the latest version. If the changes are significant then you will be informed via email.
